     This year the theme of the Science Month Celebration is "WAVEFRONT:ACCENTUATING ACTIVATING TECHNOLOGY ADVANCEMENTS". This theme aims to focus on giving importance to Michael Fraday's discovery of electricity and magnetism as part of the same phenomenon.

     The theme also assigns to the youth and Science clubbers the responsibility or role of accentuating potential and activating technological advancement. According to the "National Science Club Month" group,the National Science Club Month is celebrated every September. Ilocos Sur National High School held exciting activities such as sci-tricks,slogan-making contest and one of the most-awaited activity was the "G. at B.b. Kalikasan". It was participated by many students and competed for the crown.

     This activities enhance the students and it brought fun to everybody. If we discover our potential as early as now,we will know more about ourselves such as our strengths and our weaknesses so that we can contribute to our society.

     Nutrition Month Celebration "UGALIING MAGTANIM SAPAT NA NUTRITION AANIHIN!''. We are celebrating nutrition month every at month of July. And this month is he most exciting month because this month is full of activities and contest about nutrition.      Proper nutrition is the very thing we need now. Because proper nutrition is one of the most essential elements to bring healthy and living a long life. What we eat becomes our diet,and our diet plays a major role in deciding how healthy we are and how will our body function. Fruits and vegetables are some common item peoples think of when they think of healthy foods       By planting fruits and vegetables are very important. Food planting is important becuase we have an additional food. Plant fruits and vegetable because fruits and vegetable is the main source of our energy and it's good to our health. Instead of always eating junkfoods,start planting and eating fruits and vegetable.

Dear Mr. President,              Congratulation Mr. President it has officially 2 years since you became the Philippine President. President as one of the teenager, I believe that you can fulfill your promises and of those are the illegal drugs that destroy human.Because of this illegal drugs they became violent. They can destroy even innocent people because of the effect of the drugs in their body especially to their mind.             Another issue is our economy. Food crisis chicken or meat shortage. Rice shortage and price increase. Which our countries main problem. Hoping you can make solution of this as number one basic needs in our daily life.             Mr. President I wish and hoping that you can solve all of this. I pray for every step you can made and to your health. Before you end your term as our President make Philippine as one of the industrialize country.

Humanity

     Wait! We see humans but we see no humanity. For all women and men are created to be equally exquisite. But slowly and slowly everything has abruptly change.      There are crimes,injustices,abuses and hatreds in this world. Now women are abused,they beautiful voices turned into a defeaning screams of sorrow. Women are being mistaken treated. God created men and women beautifully to cared not to be scared but now men are abusing women. Women want to be loved and make them feel they are worthy. God created the e8arth for us to love one another not to destroy one another.       We must stop this by just loving one another. We should put equality,we should create freedom,we should put to humans/humanity. And also giving respect one another. Love is the best way to avoid hurting one another. Because love is we make things better.
